Donna,
I wanted to touch base with you and tell you that as a "patient satisfaction" chair person, the customer service at your place of business is AMAZING!!!!!!  You were right about the others, they didn't compare.
We did test drive  a FLEX and it's a maybe.  We are going to look at the information our finance man gave us and with your advice, maybe someday soon I will have a dependable vehicle to take my kids on a vacation.  (Which I can't do now for fear of breaking down).

Again, even if it doesn't happen, YOUR TEAM IS AWESOME.   Take pride in that, it is a rare find these days.  If  I do buy, it will be from you.
